Towards an Intelligent Learning Management System Under Blended Learning

Trends, Profiles and Modeling Perspectives

What are the key channels to change in blended instructional practice as they relate to the use of a learning management system (LMS)? What role LMS users’ profiles play in facilitating change in practice? Can we model users’ quality of interaction (QoI) with LMS? How inclusiveness and affectiveness could lead to a personalized intelligent LMS (iLMS)? MANAGEMENT PENGAWASAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH

Pengawasan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah berarti menjalankan kepemimpinan fungsi manajemen, yaitu pengawasan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Pengawas sekolah harus memilki 6 kompetensi yaitu kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi supervisi akademik, kompentensi evaluasi pendidikan, kompetensi penelitian dan pengembangan. Tujuan dari pengawasan melaksanakan tugas dan manajerial dalam satuan pendidikan yang meliputi penyusunan program pengawasan, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan pemantauan. Pelaksanaan delapan standar nasional pendidikan, penilaian, pembimbingan dan pelatihan professional guru, evaluasi dalam hasil pelaksanaan program pengawasan dan pelaksanaan tugas pengawasan. Pada umumnya setiap pengawas dan kepala sekolah mengiginkan agar pengawasan dilembaga yang kalian pimpin berjalan lancer sesuai dengan harapan. Namun itu bukan hal yang mudah bias dicapai tanpa kerjasama dengan seluruh stikholder, kerja keras, kerja cerdas serta jujur dan terpercaya. Terlebih pengawasan pendidikan dimasa pandemi covid-19. Sehubungan dengan kondisi diatas pengawas, kepala sekolah, dan guru didorong agar lebih kreatif, inovatif dan produktif yaitu menulis buku bagian terpenting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar sekaligus ikut terlibat langsung didalam menyusun keperluan yang ada didalam lembaga pendidikan.
