Manajemen Produk memandu perusahaan tentang cara menginvestasikan sumber dayanya yang terbatas untuk menghasilkan produk kompetitif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar dan kemudian dipadukan dengan faktor-faktor lain untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan bisnis. Manajemen Produk berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis di seluruh siklus hidup produk, yang mencakup tahapan berikut: Pra-Pengembangan, Pengembangan, Pengenalan/Peluncuran, Pertumbuhan, Kedewasaan, Penurunan, dan Akhir Masa Pakai. Sementara Manajemen Merek ditujukan untuk terus mengembangkan persepsi positif tentang perusahaan dan produk-produknya kepada pasar sasaran. Setiap aspek strategi pemasaran dan konten harus selaras dengan merek dan apa yang ditawarkannya. Sebuah merek tidak dibangun secara instan tetapi membutuhkan waktu, kesabaran, dan upaya perbaikan, termasuk anggaran untuk mengoptimalkan upaya brand awareness dalam strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Ruang lingkup Manajemen Produk dan Merek membahas beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan pencapaian kesuksesan produk dan merek dari sebuah perusahaan, seperti: Konsep Produk, Inovasi Produk, Desain Produk, Pemerekkan, Ekuitas Merek, Aspek Hukum Merek, Pengembangan Merek dan Komunikasi Merek. Atas dasar hal-hal yang dikemukakan di atas buku ajar Manajemen Produk dan Merek ini disusun. Untuk menjawab tuntutan materi yang komprehensif, buku ini menyajikan materi yang utuh secara konsep teori, konten yang membuka wawasan dan arahan teknis, sehingga tidak hanya sebagai pemahaman namun juga dapat diaplikasikan langsung. New Education Policy is designed with a vision that it will touch the life of each and every citizen of the country. The policy has been framed with the goals of 21st century without losing the beauty of the tradition and value system of Bharat from long ago; the heritage of Indian education system has its perspective on holistic education. The aim of ancient Indian education was not only for knowledge acquisition but also for the preparation for life and complete realisation of the self. The concepts of learning how to learn and learning the construction of knowledge are supreme. It is necessary for the youth of our country to equip with the knowledge; skills; attitudes and values for social and economic advancement of the country. The present book is a sincere attempt to collect the reflections of teachers; parents; and students from the state of Himachal Pradesh on the twenty themes of New Education policy outlined by MHRD. The study used survey method and in order to achieve the objectives of the study eight districts of Himachal Pradesh such as Bilaspur; Kullu; Chamba; Shimla; Sirmour; Kangra; Hamirpur and Mandi were selected randomly. The reflections of the study along with the suggestions will help the policy developers of the country to take effective decisions regarding the new education policy of the country.

The Role of the State, Customary Law, and the New Civil Rights Response

There are approximately 150 million people of African descent in Latin America yet Afro-descendants have been consistently marginalized as undesirable elements of the society. Latin America has nevertheless long prided itself on its absence of U.S.-styled state-mandated Jim Crow racial segregation laws. This book disrupts the traditional narrative of Latin America's legally benign racial past by comprehensively examining the existence of customary laws of racial regulation and the historic complicity of Latin American states in erecting and sustaining racial hierarchies. Tanya Katerí Hernández is the first author to consider the salience of the customary law of race regulation for the contemporary development of racial equality laws across the region. Therefore, the book has a particular relevance for the contemporary U.S. racial context in which Jim Crow laws have long been abolished and a "post-racial" rhetoric undermines the commitment to racial equality laws and policies amidst a backdrop of continued inequality.
