Hukum yang semakin hari mengalami perkembangan yang progresif menuntu terus adanya pembeharuan terhadap penelitian-penelitian yang bertemakan hukum. Selain itu keilmuan hukum yang memiliki kekhasan sendiri menunut adanya sebuah pembahasan yang berbeda dari penelitian ilmiah biasanya. Pranata masyarakat hukum semakin hari juga semakin kompleks menuntut adanya konseptual pembaharuan hukum yang memang diharapkan hasil dari penelitian yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Buku ini penulis hadirkan sebagai ikhtiar akademik dalam menjadi acuan terhadap penelitian hukum dilingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya yang pada faktanya masih belum memahami betul konsepsi tipologi hukum yang ada. Walaupun penulis sadar betul bahwa masih banyak memerlukan tambahan masukan dan kritik terhadap buku ini, semoga dapat memberi warna.

Berdasarkan Permenristekdikti RI Nomor 44 tahun 2015 (Kemendikbud, 2015) dan Perubahan Permenristekdikti RI Nomor 50 tahun 2018 (Kemendikbud, 2018) lulusan perguruan tinggi memiliki standar kompetensi lulusan berdasarkan KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia). KKNI ini berdasarkan pada Perpres No 8 tahun 2012 (Perpres, 2012). Adapun lulusan program diploma empat dan sarjana paling sedikit mempunyai kompetensi menguasai konsep teoritis bidang pengetahuan dan keterampilan tertentu secara umum dan konsep teoritis bagian khusus dalam bidang pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut secara mendalam. Lulusan program magister, magister terapan, dan spesialis satu, paling sedikit mempunyai kompetensi menguasai teori dan teori aplikasi bidang pengetahuan tertentu. Lulusan program doktor, doktor terapan, dan subspesialis paling sedikit, memiliki kompetensi menguasai filosofi keilmuan bidang pengetahuan dan keterampilan tertentu. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, sangat penting bagi akademisi untuk memiliki keterampilan mencari, mengelola, menanalisa, mengevaluasi dan membuat karya yang berkaitan dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang sedang digelutinya, serta menyebarkannya kepada publik baik secara tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Oleh karena itu, seorang akademisi dituntut untuk mampu menuliskan naskah akademik dalam bentuk skripsi, tesis, disertasi, atau artikel ilmiah lainnya. Proses penulisan karya ilmiah yang dilakukan oleh akademisi, memerlukan beragam alat dukung termasuk alat dukung teknologi untuk memudahkan mengelola sumber terpercaya, menuliskannya, memperkecil kesalahan penulisan, dan mengikuti tren zaman, sehingga menjadikan karya tulisnya terpercaya di lingkunagan akademisi secara luas. Buku ini berisi mengenai literasi media bagi calon guru dan akademisi pendidikan. Buku ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana melakukan penelusuran dan memahami informasi sehingga dapat menggunakan informasi untuk pembelajaran. Islamic economy phenomenon is known as a separate object of research since 1940s. However, it kindled the curiosity of multinationals and policymakers much later in the 20th century - when multinationals realized the size and the growth rate of Islamic economy's main segment Halal industry and when Islamic financial mechanisms proved their resilience during global financial crises. Today, the phenomenon of Islamic economy has stepped beyond the Arab world and penetrated in everyday life of ordinary Muslims all over the world as they opt for goods and services, which correspond their religious views. This process is accelerated through digital means, social media, and tech apps. As the number of Muslims increase exponentially, the demand for Halal goods and services also will grow.Eurasia has all prerequisites to be one of the meaningful centers for development of Islamic economy and to occupy attractive niches within it. We already have several countries in the region whose Islamic economy ecosystem reached substantial levels given Halal-friendly legislations, certifications, awareness, and a formed clients segments. In this report, we give a bird view perspective on Islamic economy in the world and in Eurasia through the prism of 3 Fs: Halal food, Modest Fashion, and Islamic Finance. We discuss the current state and opportunities for local business associated with exports to conquer the markets of Muslim consumers.We believe the report will be useful for stakeholders in the region, as well as institutions and enterprises interested in participating in Islamic economy development in Eurasia. It should help all interested parties improve their understanding of the Islamic economy and to discover the underlying opportunities in Eurasia.
