Kualitas merupakan keseluruhan karakteristik yang melekat pada sebuah produk (barang atau jasa) yang mampu memuaskan pelanggan. Dalam konteks pendidikan kualitas dikaitkan dengan upaya mentransformasikan seorang manusia yang paripurna.
